Memoirs from My Kitchen..

No big foodie post today.. sad to say that we went to the big feast and it was a real disappointment this year, everything was so incredibly overpriced (I mean, come on $3 for Cotton candy? It just wasn't worth it) The Sausage & pepper hero was Slammin' from what I heard.. we were smart and ate at home. It rained most of the day here, so when we got there tonight it was pretty much a washout already and a lot of vendors had already closed up. Friday night it was a total mob scene though. I'm hoping next year is better.. here's to hoping
